Postdoctoral Researcher

Research Areas:

• Design and numerical analysis of air-breathing solid-fuel propulsion systems

• Fuel reaction mechanism modeling

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in commercial CFD software (combustion and reaction mechanism analysis)

• Willingness to learn and conduct experimental research

• Korean citizenship (required due to project specifications)

Graduate Students (Ph.D. and M.S.)

• Liquid spray and combustion in aeroengines

• Air-breathing solid-fuel propulsion systems

Research Approach: Both experimental and numerical analysis available

Skills to be Developed: (Ph.D. applicants should have experience in at least one area)

• Experimental setup design and fabrication with 3D modeling and structural analysis

• Optical diagnostics

• Computational fluid dynamics (CFD)

• Other related skills
